Veloraine is an online marketplace for digital assets created and sold by Cadreware under the Veloraine brand.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this website and purchase products.

If you are under the age required to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may browse and purchase products without creating an account.

If you complete a purchase without an existing account, one will automatically be created using the email address provided during checkout. A temporary password will be sent to you, allowing you to access your purchased assets.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

When you purchase a product, you receive access to download the purchased digital asset.

Purchases are linked to your account and may be downloaded again after signing in.

Prices may change at any time but will not affect completed purchases.

All purchases are subject to the Veloraine Commercial License.

Purchasing a product grants you a license to use the asset in accordance with that license. It does not transfer ownership or copyright of the asset.

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.

Refunds may be issued where required by applicable law or where a purchased product is defective or cannot reasonably be accessed.

If you experience an issue with your purchase, contact hello@veloraine.com before requesting a chargeback so we can help resolve the problem.

All website content, artwork, graphics, branding, text, and digital assets remain the intellectual property of Cadreware unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the marketplace.
• Use the website for unlawful purposes.
• Circumvent licensing or download restrictions.
• Redistribute purchased assets except as permitted by the applicable Commercial License.
• Scrape the website or use information for datasets or AI model training

We aim to keep Veloraine available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Veloraine and its products are provided "as is" without warranties except where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadreware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the website or its products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Your use of Veloraine is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected and used.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version published on this website is the version that applies to your use of Veloraine.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
