Veloraine Asset License

Upon purchase, Veloraine grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, non-transferable license to use the licensed assets in personal and commercial projects.

You may create, publish, distribute, and sell projects that incorporate the licensed assets, subject to the restrictions in this license.

No additional fees or royalties are required.

You may:

• Use the licensed assets in both personal and commercial projects.
• Modify, edit, adapt and create derivative works based on the licensed assets.
• Incorporate the licensed assets into games, books, comics, animations, films, websites, applications, marketing materials, merchandise, and other projects.

You may not:

• Provide the original files to third parties, whether free or paid, except to employees or contractors working on your own projects.
• Sell, license, distribute, or otherwise make available the licensed assets, or modified versions of the licensed assets, as standalone character products, character resources, asset packs, bundles, libraries, marketplaces, or similar distribution services.
• Use the assets for training, fine-tuning, or generating datasets for machine learning or AI systems.

• Veloraine retains ownership of the original licensed assets.
• Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual license to use, modify, adapt, and commercially use the licensed assets in your own projects.

This license automatically terminates if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease distributing, licensing, or commercially using the licensed assets and delete all copies in your possession.

Attribution is not required, but appreciated.

The assets are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.

Veloraine is not liable for any damages resulting from their use.
